Arctic Creek

Arctic Creek basin has an area of 33.4 km2 and contains 3 glaciers that cover 2.0% of the basin. Between 1998 and 1958 combined area glacier area had dropped from 0.75 km2 to 0.67 km2 (a 10.0% decrease). The basin contains the only glacier in the Upper Skagit Basin that is monitored annually for changes in mass balance.
