Silver Creek

Silver Creek watershed has an area of 65 km2 and contains 12 glaciers that cover 2.7% of the basin. Between 1958 and 1998 combined glacier area had dropped from 2.0 km2 to 1.7 km2 (a 14% decrease). The basin contains the only glacier in the Upper Skagit Basin that is monitored annually for changes in mass balance.

Little Beaver Creek

The Little Beaver Creek watershed has an area of 137 km2 and contains 17 glaciers that cover 4.2% of the basin. Between 1958 and 1998 combined glacier area decreased from 6.2 km2 to 5.7 km2 (a 7.1% decrease).
